The pub that started the Seaview Group. A heritage front bar with the original jarrah counter, a 120-seat bistro fed by the Fremantle fleet, a band room with no pokies and never will be, and a bottleshop that champions WA independents.

The 1897 jarrah counter, twelve taps (half of them WA independents), and the harbour crowd it's always drawn. Open 11am–late daily.

The Bistro

120 seats, fish from the morning markets, a parmy that has settled arguments. Lunch 11.30am–3pm; dinner 5pm–9pm, seven days.

The Band Room

Small, loud, gaming-free. Local original music Thursday to Saturday; the chalkboard out front is the only lineup announcement we do.

The Bottleshop

Walk-in cellar of WA wine, indie tins, and the staff picks shelf. Open 10am–9pm Mon–Sat, 11am–7pm Sunday.

House rules, lightly held

Bookings
Bistro tables up to 8 by phone. The front bar doesn't take bookings — that's the point of a front bar.
Functions
The verandah and band room can be booked through Seaview Events & Catering.
Dogs
Welcome on the verandah. Water bowls provided; sausages at the kitchen's discretion.
Responsible service
Licensed under the Liquor Control Act (WA). Minors welcome in the bistro with a responsible adult until 9pm.
