Careers
Work where the work is respected
Five businesses, one standard: rosters you can plan a life around, training that goes somewhere, and managers who carried plates before they carried clipboards.
Fair conditions, in writing
Every venue operates under the Seaview Group Enterprise Agreement 2025 — negotiated with our own staff, with penalty rates, allowances and consultation rights spelled out, not implied.
Rosters that respect lives
Published a fortnight ahead, availability genuinely considered, swaps handled like adults. Family commitments, study and prayer times are rostering inputs here, not inconveniences.
Careers, not just shifts
Paid training, accredited qualifications supported, and a promote-from-within habit — most of our venue managers started on the floor or in the kitchen.
