Rosters that respect lives

Published a fortnight ahead, availability genuinely considered, swaps handled like adults. Family commitments, study and prayer times are rostering inputs here, not inconveniences.

Careers, not just shifts

Paid training, accredited qualifications supported, and a promote-from-within habit — most of our venue managers started on the floor or in the kitchen.

What to expect

1 · Apply: Cover note and résumé by email. We reply to every application — usually within a week.
2 · Meet us: A conversation at the venue with the manager you'd work for. Bring questions.
3 · Trial shift: Paid, rostered, and honest in both directions.
4 · Welcome: Induction, uniform, Enterprise Agreement walkthrough, and a first roster you had a say in.
