Seaview Bay Retreat
Forty villas tucked between Geographe Bay and the first of the vines. A tours desk that knows every cellar door by first name, and the kind of quiet that makes the drive south feel short.
Stay
The villas
Garden Villa
One bedroom under the peppermint trees. King bed, deep verandah, outdoor bath on the private deck.
Bay Villa
Two bedrooms, full kitchen, wood fire, and the water glinting through the trees from the living room.
Ridge House
Three bedrooms on the high ground — sunset over the bay, long table for eight, the one guests fight over.

Getting Here
Three hours that feel like ten minutes
We're ten minutes past Dunsborough on the coast road — roughly three hours from Perth down the Forrest Highway, or 45 minutes from Busselton Margaret River Airport. The last stretch is gravel; every car makes it, every driver slows down anyway.
