What We Do
Three kinds of occasion
Weddings
Ceremony to last dance, one coordinator throughout. Ballroom grandeur at the Grand, salt air at Bay Retreat, or the Gage's verandah for something smaller and louder.
Conferences
The Grand's first floor was built for it: ballroom for 300 theatre-style, three boardrooms, pre-function terrace, in-house AV, and day-delegate packages that include proper coffee.
Offsite Catering
Our kitchen comes to you — corporate lunches, long-table dinners, festival service. If there's power and a bench, we can feed three hundred people from it.
Packages
Starting points, not straitjackets
Every event is quoted properly after a conversation. These are the shapes most occasions take.
- Day delegate
- Room hire, arrival coffee, morning tea, working lunch, afternoon tea, AV and stationery — from $95 per person, minimum 20.
- Cocktail reception
- Three hours, eight canapés and two substantials per guest, house beverage list — from $110 per person.
- Seated dinner
- Three courses alternate drop or shared tables, four-hour house beverage package — from $155 per person.
- Wedding — the full day
- Ceremony, canapé hour, three-course dinner, five-hour beverage package, cake service, coordinator throughout — from $195 per person.

The Fine Print
How booking works
Enquire by phone or email with your date and rough numbers. We hold dates for fourteen days without obligation, confirm with a deposit, and finalise numbers ten days out. Menus are tasted before they're printed.
